Take the Weight Loss Challenge with me!  Feel free to join us anytime during 2012 and participate as long as you feel the need.  If you want to include a before photo (like I did) and then provide me your measurements, I will set-up a special Post for you under the Health Category just mine (see My Weight Loss Journey link). 

Once your Post is set-up, you can log-in and list your goals, share your achievements and discuss road blocks.  You are not required to provide a photo, but measurements would be great so we can all cheer you on as we see your success.  You don't need to provide any personal details, just a first name.
